How to Contact Emergency Maintenance
If you experience an emergency maintenance issue outside of regular office hours,
please call the Emergency Maintenance Line immediately at (509) 765-0611
The on-call maintenance team is available to address urgent situations promptly and ensure your home remains safe and secure.
Weekday Hours
4:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Monday - Thursday

Weekend Hours
12:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday - Sunday

For non-emergency issues, please contact the HAGC office during regular business hours.
The following is considered a Maintenance Emergency:

Electrical hazards

Heating failure or malfunction

No hot water or serious water leaks which clearly require attention

The refrigerator or stove are not working at all.

Storm damage which will result in deterioration of the house.

Plugged sewers. (Drains such as kitchen and bath sinks, bathtubs and washer drains are not considered emergency items).
-
Any other items which, if not immediately corrected, would create a hazard to the health of the occupants or cause deterioration of the house.
